National 5, Higher, & GCSE Lessons in English, Maths or Physics
Here at TEAM Tutors, learning is personal, not just a process! I'm Jacob, a dedicated educator from Inverness and I specialize in guiding students through their National 5, Higher, and GCSE lessons.
With a passion for personalised learning, over four years of tutoring experience, and a first-class Master's degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering, bringing a unique blend of academic and real-world knowledge to the learning experience.
My tutoring approach focuses on building students' confidence by providing comprehensive support for classroom content. I prioritise reinforcing key curriculum concepts, tailor sessions to address specific challenges, and foster a positive learning environment. Beyond imparting subject knowledge, I aim to empower students academically and in their overall approach to learning through acknowledging strengths, celebrating achievements, and offering constructive feedback.
In Person Group Lessons
Our small, in-person group lessons, consisting of no more than 4 students, are based in Inverness and offer an interactive and collaborative learning experience for Maths and Physics. Participants not only receive personalized feedback during the sessions but also take home customized materials, enhancing their understanding and reinforcing the concepts covered in the sessions.
This cost includes four 45-minute fun, focused, and in person group sessions for National 5 levels and above.
One-to-One Online Lessons
My one-to-one online lessons are always personalized for each student, I lead a tailored and interactive classes in Maths, English, and Physics. Students receive real-time, individualized feedback during our sessions, and I'll provide you with customized materials which are designed to fortify understanding of the covered concepts.
This package offers two 30-minute one-to-one online sessions per week, for an entire month, at National 5 levels and above.
Recognising that everyone learns differently is something I deeply understand. That's why I believe it's crucial to offer both in-person and online lessons. For those who appreciate a more interactive or collaborative setting, I provide small, in-person group sessions for Maths and Physics. Additionally, I offer personalised one-to-one online sessions in English, Maths, and Physics, ensuring that your learning experience is centred around you.
